FAQ # 1: How can I change my Top Category images?
in the template directory have a folder with name “catimgs“, this folder contain images for top level category.
If your folder ID is 1, please rename a image as catimg-1.jpg with size 102px (width) & 65px (height).
file name is: catimg-[yourCategoryIDisHere].jpg

If you need more images for top category search http://www.everystockphoto.com/ or http://www.fotolia.com/
